A Clean Partner AB and Aktiv Kemi AB were merged with Lahega Kemi AB on 13 October. Lahega Kemi AB assumes all rights and obligations arising from existing agreements with A Clean Partner AB and Active Chemicals AB. A Clean Partner is currently part of Lahega Chemistry AB, and the production of ACP products takes place with a few exceptions in Helsingborg.
